BIKE: speaking of bike lanes and suburbs

Does anyone know what happened to all the no parking
signs along Mesa, northbound from Cima Serena to Green
Mountain (the mile or so stretch, just north of
Anderson High School).  I remember there being no
parking signs here previously, but there aren't any
now.  Also the signs are rather sparse on the
southbound side in the same stretch.
