BIKE: New to town, need info on bike whatnot.

Hi there. I am new to Austin and I'm looking for a good place to buy affordable, quality bikes. Also, I've picked up a couple of used bikes for cheap that need some work, so I would appreciate any information about good (and low cost) places to have them repaired. These are road bikes for commuting, not race bikes or anything like that.
