Once you read the report yourself, you'll see that they brought up the cell
phone for the exact reason you claimed they paid no attention too. It was a
statement that basically expressed the danger of cell phones and driving.
They kinda even added insult to injury- would you prefer to make the
headlines: "Negligent Death Chatting on Cell" or rather no exposure at all
while avoiding the headlines: "Dancing Like Nobody's Watching on the
Interstate Freeway"? Me thinks the Freeway Dancer left Earth with a tad more
dignity.
The AAS successfully favored anti-cell-while-driving advocates on this one.
