BIKE: Bike Lockers in UT Parking Garages

Patrick, I totally agree.
With 2 seconds of thought, I have come up with 2 things that would be a much
much better investment:
#1 Cheap Investment -- more hoop racks similar to, but perhaps more secure
than what the city had been installing. Eliminate and Replace any and all of
those stupid-sss hinge racks with the hoop racks.
#2 More Expensive Investment -- public showers similar to what is available
on the south shore of the Town Lake Hike and Bike Trail. (We could debate
whether or not privacy stalls are necessary). Even without the privacy
stalls, they would still be fairly useful, especially on broiling hot days.
You have my support in seeking to call a time-out on the bike lockers.
