BIKE: Bike rack bags

OK, does anyone have a good suggestion for a STURDY saddle
bag?  I've put holes in 3 different ones already.
I thought of a metal basket, but the cool folding ones must be bolted to the
bike, and I'd prefer to be able to switch off between my 2 bikes.
Any good referrals?
