Hey everyone:

A colleague at work asked me (for a friend) how do
long distance cyclists relieve themselves during a
race?  His friend is just starting out, planning to do
a long timed ride, or race, I guess.

As a commuter-rider, I've never done a long ride, so I
couldn't help him.  Now with The Tour in full swing,
I've read that some riders stop in the bushes and
others just "go" on the bike.  Is this the recommended
procedure?  Thanks.
