The next public auction of surplus university property
will begin at 9:00
a.m. on Wednesday, January 28, 2004, J.J. Jake Pickle
Research Campus,
Building 45. Items to be sold include miscellaneous
office furniture,
laboratory equipment, custodial equipment, vehicles,
backpacks, wallets,
watches, jewelry, sports equipment, and music cds.
Bidding numbers and a
catalog can be obtained Tuesday, January 27th, from
9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at
the warehouse or you can visit the auctioneer's web
site at
http://www.swicoauctions.com/.

Prior to the auction, faculty and staff members are
invited to visit the
Surplus Property Warehouse and select surplus items
for potential reuse in
their department. Normal visiting hours are limited to
Friday's, from 8:00
- - 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., at Pickle
Research Campus, Bldg. 45.
January 9, 2004, is the last Friday to view surplus
prior to the auction.
The warehouse will not be open for viewing by faculty
and staff from January
12 - February 5, 2004. Normal viewing hours will
resume on February 6,
2004.
