BIKE: 360 @ 183 crossing

Linda Dupriest told us in an ACA meeting last fall that funding was provided
for a bicycle crossing on the west side of the  360/183 intersection.  This
should  provide a means of connecting up the north and south portions of
Jollyville Road.

Loop 360/183 intersection to be crossable by bikes (12/00). The CAMPO
<citygov.html> PAC (policy advisory commitee) approved funding on 12-11-00
for a bike/ped connection across Loop 360 between Jollyville Road and the
Arboretum area.
