  I remember the Utne Reader article from 2001 by Peter Katz (a "new 
urbanism" preacher, if you will) that said West Palm Beach was the second 
most underrated town in the US - not in terms of bicycling, i guess, but 
in other anti-sprawl efforts, particularly revitalized downtown. 
Shouldn't those efforts company better bicycle infrastructure?  I guess 
not.
