BIKE: Rules for the list

A couple of reminders:


* There's a limit of two posts per day per person.  Let's go for 
quality over quantity.  That keeps people on the list, rather than 
sending them lunging for the Unsubscribe button.

* Please mail the list *separately* from any non-list member.  That is, 
if your mailing the Forum *and* city councilmembers, newspapers, or 
other lists, send one message to the Forum and one to everyone else.  
That way we don't force other audiences to get all our list mail when 
the Reply-All's start flying.

* The easy address for this list is <forum>.  You 
could use the long, ugly address if you want to, though I don't know 
why you would.
