Yes, very good point. And the 2010 TIP will probably include $10 million 
in Federal gas tax money (with a 20% match from city-of-Austin 
property-tax-dollars) to pay for retrofitting sidewalks along that whole 
stretch, when it would have cost perhaps $100,000 to do it now. And 
CAMPO will congratulate themselves for spending 15% (of that one 
category) on bike/ped projects.
