Yes, this is explained later in the article.  Most scientists tell us
we're already doing this now (well, sauteing the planet, at least).
Basically, the CO2 goes up, and the heat stays in.  Everything kacks
except algae, the algae starts eating the CO2, a few hundred thousand
years later things cool off again, life forms evolve and then eventually
de-evolve back into George Bush and whole cycle starts over again until
the Sun burns out and the planet turns into a crispy cinder before
vaporizing completely.  Capisca?

I myself am banking on Nubian perpetual motion devices combined with spice
