Penalties for fatal DWI's are all over the map

I went looking for the average jail sentence for a DWI in which a victim was killed.  I didn't find much, but here's what I did find.

In Florida, it's about ten years.

A San Antonio judge gave an average sentence of 19.4 years, vs. 10.6 years when juries decided the fate.
