Can a bicyclist catch Hyde Park sexual predator(s)?

One or more persons has been running up to women, grabbing them by the butt, and then running away.  There's a huge thread about this on Nextdoor.com, but you'll be able to view it only if you're a Nextdoor member *and* in a neighborhood close to Hyde Park.  (I'm in East Austin, 78722, and am close enough to view it.)

If I had more time I'd patrol Hyde Park with a bicycle.  Hard to run away from that.  I wonder whether others will take that idea and run with it (er, pedal with it).
