Supreme Court to hear DWI no-refusal case

All states say that motorists suspected of DWI can lose their licenses if they refuse to submit to an alcohol test.  After all, driving is a privilege, not a right, and the state doesn't have to let you drive if you don't their conditions (like, say, submitting to alcohol tests).

But a handful of states make it a *crime* to refuse to submit to such a test, raising questions about 4th amendment (unlawful search and seizure) and 5th amendment (right against self-incrimination) protections, or lack thereof.
