The first annual Texas Dance Hall Ride will take place on Saturday, March 13 2010. Multiple ride options 15, 20, 32, 42 and 65 miles. All distances start in front of Sengelmann's Dance Hall and wind through scenic back roads. Riders of all ages and capabilities will be able tour the famous Painted Churches. The riders will also get to experience two of Texas' historic dance halls, both over one hundred years old.
Ride starts in front of the dance hall at 531 N Main St in Schulenburg, TX.
An arts/crafts show and children activities will start soon after the 9am send off, for family and friends waiting on the riders. Free Musical entertainment will start around noon and activities will flow into Sengelmann's Dance Hall early in the afternoon where you can enjoy food and drink upon completion of the ride.
