Sorry! I'm not really that big a dumbass.

This morning I was told there was access to greenbelt at the end of Woltrap south of Slaughter  Lane.  Sure enough lots of grass, some trees and trails.  I wandered around on my Cannondale hybridized mountain bike till I got lost.  (Getting lost never bothers me).  Instead of finding the same way back, I came upon a path to a little narrow paved road.  Good enough -- let's get on this road and see where it goes.  I had no sooner turned right onto the road when I came across some guys and gals on road bikes hauling ass ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD coming straight at me.  About that time my brain kicked in and I realized I was on the veloway.  I should have recognized where I was because I rode 8 laps on it Sunday.  Senior moment I guess.  I apologize for scowling at my cycling brothers and sisters, but at least I kept my middle finger down.
