BIKE: low maintenance commuter bike followup

Last week or so I posted something about a bike which appears to be one 
of the best (almost) off-the-shelf commuter bikes currently available.

A kindly and alert listizen noticed Jen's bike parked in the dev psych 
parking garage the same day, took a picture, and emailed it to me.  For
