BIKE: More on Shoal Creek, and my email

I've updated the Shoal Creek page with a bunch of pictures I took 
yesterday, and Patrick's reply to Ben Wear.  I also rewrite the intro 
to make it current:

And I fixed the menu system so it's more compact in Windows, which I 
guess is most of the readership.

I disabled my <bikes> email address because one of 
you has some spyware installed on your machine which shares all our 
addresses with spammers.  I only used that address on this list if I 
remember right, so it should have been un-spammable.  So anyone who 
needs to contact me, try nospam(at)BicycleAustin.info.  And if that 
doesn't work, you can always find a current address for me on the 
website.
