BIKE: cool slots

No, he's not. There's no way a wheelchair could get up those ramps --
they are only about a foot wide and cut into the streetside of the curb.
These were clearly designed for bicycles and are incredibly cool and
incredibly useful, as I use them every time I bike across the Congress
Ave. bridge. Since being cool and useful is now strictly illegal, no
one would ever be allowed to implement anything like this again. I'm
sure they're not ASHTO compliant, for example.
