BIKE: S. Congress bike lane plans?

Jeezus.  I made the mistake of taking the 183 North access road for TWO 
blocks near 183 and 360 and 183 & Braker and nearly got killed twice by 
cars feeling like it was their god given right to pass me and right hook 
(http://bicyclesafe.com/index.html#cutoff) me even while taking the lane 
just so they could get into Costco 10 seconds earlier.  Other time was 
to try and ride my bike (imagine that) to Bicycle Sport Shop on US 183 
and not get nailed by cars taking the U turn lane across 3 lanes of 
traffic into the Chik Fil A.

Never doing that again.
