What?  The Guvmint wants to put a trackin' device in my car so that they'll 
know everywhere that I go so that they can tax me more?

Yeah, I'll believe that when I see it.  I doubt if you could get something 
like that passed even in Massachusets.  I know that it won't fly in Oregon.
