Geez, do I need to add a rule for this list that says, "NO LYING"?

The opposition to the ultimate result on Shoal Creek was decried by a 
good number of cyclists publicly, loudly, on this list, on 
BicycleAustin, and elsewhere, and EARLY ON.

If you knew this (and you *should* have known this) then you're lying.  
If you *didn't* know this then why do you simply *assume* that you're 
right, effectively bragging about your own ignorance?

This list is a safe place for people to express differing OPINIONS.  
It's not a forum for people to spread lies.

To modify an old parental saying, "If you can't say something TRUE, 
don't say it at all."
