I seems that the Saudis keep promising  they could pump more oil if 
they really wanted to, but the truth is that its heavy sour crude oil 
that nobody has the capacity to refine. There are now twin crises of 
oil supply and refining capacity. Thats why world oil prices are stuck 
at near $55 per barrel for the good stuff. -- Roger
