BIKE: No Bicycle sign on South MoPac

Greetings,

I noticed a No Bicycles sign on South MoPac in front of the 
Greatland Target and Office Depot. I think this was just added in 
the last week or so -- I hadn't seen or noticed it before.

It is on the south-bound frontage road, just south of Ben White/
U.S. 290, and north of William Cannon.

Maybe I missed something, but I was surprised to see the No 
Bicycles sign in that I thought that this stretch of frontage road was 
going to remain accessible for bicycles. Was I mistaken? Anyone 
have any ideas?
