one thing that would help is an arrow at BOTH ENDS of the Bike Lane and at
cross streets. An arrow at the beginning of the lane only lets you know the
direction if you're travelling that way to begin with. an arrow at the end
alerts folks to the fact that they're about to go the wrong direction
