BIKE: Cut Bike Locks at 208 W. 4th

I finally got a chance to field check the Cedar Street Courtyard. There are
no bike racks there. However, across the street there are 6 inverted "U"
type racks along the length of the block which will accommodate 12 bikes
total. In addition there are racks at Halcyon (sp?) where Ruta Maya used to
be located and that is 1/2 block walking distance.

Perhaps Cedar Street would be able to best serve customers by recommending
they lock their bikes to the racks located in the City right of way across
the street.

This seems to be a suitable alternative as it requires crossing the street
and walking a block at most.
