BIKE: any info on vehicular assaults during Moonlight Cruise?

does anyone have any info on what's happened to the cabdriver
(American/Yellow cab #296) or the driver of the black pickup truck who
intentionally ran into the cyclists on 6th street Saturday night during the
Moonlight Cruise?

can the UTC apply some pressure to American/Yellow about their driver
training/behavior towards cyclists?
