BIKE: Las Vegas monorail shut down

I don't know which system changes grades better, but it's a non-issue
for Vegas, which is flat as a pancake.

All I know is that light rail can climb, since they've run the trolleys
in San Francisco for decades. I don't know why monorail wouldn't be
able to do the same. An electric engine is an electric engine, right?

Prediction: Nawdry will say that light rail climbs easily while
monorail doesn't, and Patrick will say the opposite.
