I'm pretty sure this has already been broadcast, but just in case. 
Here's the web page to sign up and track your commuting (lunch also) 
this week and next. The more times you use alternative commuting, the 
more chances you have of winning prizes (gift certificates, etc). I 
think you can back-fill your info from past days.
