BIKE: Lamar and W. 29th

So, anyone know what's going on at the south-west corner of Lamar and
W. 29th street?  They fenced it off a few weeks ago and moved a bunch
of construction stuff in there, even going so far as to put in a paved
driveway that crosses the Lamar sidewalk.  Now, there is a hulking
towering crane, a bunch of odd-looking cargo-y -looking rail cars and
some strange rail stock.

What the heck's going on down there?

-Lane, who, while enjoying the lovely weather, hates these in-between
temperatures where it's just chilly enough in the morning to sucker me
into wearing a jacket that I hate about 10 minutes into a subsequently
sweaty ride...
