BIKE: Commuter rail: new stuff

Trying to only hit this list once a week or every other week with the 
marginally-bicycle-related stuff. That being said:

Please check out my blog (http://mdahmus.thebaba.com/blog) for some 
stuff I've recently reacquired about South Florida's commuter rail line, 
which is very similar in its flaws to that being proposed by Capital Metro.

Rails-with-trails is no reason to vote for this plan if it sets back the 
mass-market acceptance public transportation as badly as Tri-Rail did.
