BIKE: Lance Armstrong Bike Way

As noted in the July Downtown Report:

"The design of the Bikeway west of Shoal Creek to Lake Austin Boulevard and 
east of IH 35 to US 183 will continue such that construction would commence 
in Fiscal Year 2005."

FY 2005 began last Friday.  The Downtown alignment is still being evaluated 
in the context of rail and other projects.

I was trying to find information on the completion date for the bike way.  
However, I could only find one thing that said 2004.  Well it's 2004 and 
what's going on with the bike way?  Thanks for any information.
