Well, not surprisingly I suppose, I have to add to Laith's comments...
... DAMN STRAIGHT!!
Ahem. That is, I agree.
Unfortunately, I suspect the SoCo corridor doesn't include this
nasty stretch of road. But, considering it is nearly the only
reasonable route to connect the regions north of Ben White to the
region south-east of the Ben White/I-35 intersection, and considering
that the bike lanes on Woodward that lead up to I-35 from the west,
and those that lead down to Woodward on Parker, and even the slightly
lame little schizophrenic bike lane that currently exists only on the
west-bound section of Woodward between I-35 and Ben White (eyeroll),
tend to indicate to cyclists that they belong on this small but hairy
section of roadway, it really is something worthy of some attention.
