BIKE: Cycling News back at Wheatsville

The WV GM told me that it's "probably" okay for us to put a Cycling 
News distro rack on the side of WV next to the other newspaper 
dispensers.  I think he only put the qualification in there because 
there's always the fear of the unknown and unexpected, but he intimated 
that this is likely a done deal, they just want to see it before we put 
it out there.

Okay, so I think my job as liaison is done.  Fred says he can come up 
with a rack, and several of us have offered money or parts if need be.  
So Fred, can you take it from here on getting the rack going, and 
asking us if you need donations?
