BIKE: Fixing Street Lights

There were three lights in a row out on one of the streets I ride, and when 
I called them in, AustinEnergy had them fixed the SAME DAY—they were working 
the next morning!

Austin Energy told me they fix over 80% of all requests within 24 hours, and 
almost all requests within 48 hrs.
