Dear friends of Pfluger bridge:
Quoting today's message from Pfluger Extension Project consultant Jose
Martinez, "ongoing discussions with developers of projects in the Seaholm
District" are resulting in "exciting new developments and how the Pfluger
Bridge Extension options dovetail into them".
Follows is an update from Mr. Martinez sent to the Community Advisory
Group (CAG) members. CD-roms containing bridge alignment options are
available, though pdf files will soon be posted online. Organizations
which maintain websites may wish to consider posting these alignment
images when they are available.
A meeting of the CAG is being scheduled for Dec. 8 or 15 to discuss these
new developments. Stay tuned.

Dear CAG members: [edited for length]
Exciting potential partnering opportunities are developing for the Pfluger
Bridge Extension Project as a direct result of the Citys ongoing
discussions with developers of projects in the Seaholm District. New and
potentially exciting opportunities for the Pfluger Bridge are resulting
from these discussions, and the feedback from our discussions at the CAG
meeting on October 13, 2004 has been of great importance.
To discuss these exciting new developments and how the Pfluger Bridge
Extension options dovetail into them, we propose to convene another
meeting on either December 8th or December 15th. We will confirm the final
day, time and location as soon as possible via e-mail and the Pfluger
Bridge Project web site. At this time we will share the latest
developments and solicit your ideas. At the moment we are thinking of
Wednesday, December 15. We ask that the CAG members reserve that evening
for their meeting.
We thank you for your comment to the project and your service to the
community. The information and feedback you have provided has been and
will continue to make a difference in shaping the changing landscapes of
our community.
