Interesting. I live in Pflugerville and I voted the first day of early voting 
(about two weeks ago). I did not see the commuter rail initiative on my 
ballot at all, and I went through the whole thing at least twice. I just 
assumed that since I live in Pflugerville, that it wasn't a choice for us, 
since Pflugerville doesn't participate in CapMetro. I'm actually very 
suprised to hear that someone from Pflugerville *was* allowed to vote for it.
