Yes, Jeb. I was being sarcastic, in case you didn't get it.

Wasting time on center-city projects should have been a thing of the 
past five years ago. It's STILL hurting us even today.

And no more time spent by the city bike/ped coordinator on recreational 
paths, while we're at it. This is not the way we should be spending our 
scarce dollars and scarcer time.
