That's why I listed the realistic alternatives, and not this one. It's 
far too early (for Texans in general and suburbanites everywhere) to 
even contemplate that the answer might be to build fewer roads. Gasoline 
is still very cheap; the marginal cost of driving on a day's commute is 
still in the ballpark with riding Capital Metro.
