BIKE: DRUNK motorist kills cyclist?

Where do you get that the driver was "apparently drunk"?  The police 
didn't test the driver for intoxication in any way, so THEY didn't 
think she was drunk, or even close to it.  And with the police's zeal 
for popping drunk drivers, if they even suspected that she was 
intoxicated they definitely would have done so, dead cyclist or not.

Mike, if you know something we don't, then please share it with us.  
Otherwise, the actual injustice against cyclists is damning enough 
without our making stuff up.
