In reality, even though the 15% setaside was retained by CAMPO, as I 
mentioned earlier, it represents only 1.5% of the total CAMPO budget.

The so-called "15% Setaside" pertains to 15% of the Metropolitan Mobility 
Fund, which is reserved for bike/ped projects. The Metropolitan Mobility 
Fund, in turn, represents only about 10% of the total CAMPO budget.

Hence, even with the local setaside, we are not doing much better than the 
national average.

Having said that, I am glad we were able to win the fight to preserve this 
money for bike/ped projects.
