Oops, looks like Arkel has one of those annoying web pages that don't 
show exact URLs.
After going to http://www.panniers.com/index.asp, click on "Products" 
and then scroll down to the one called "Briefcase"  -- this is the bag I 
was talking about.  Quite handsome with a special insert for carrying 
laptops, but costs $149.
