BIKE: Biking Pool

This is a  very good idea, but I don't commute anywhere near that campus.  
Unfortunately, we have a very wide range of occupations on this emailing
list and our working hours are also very different.  So when those
incompatibilities are combined with Austin's large size, there are probably
very few who could bike pool regularly.
