BIKE: Las Vegas Monorail -- FOR TOURISTS

Didn't really intend to ressurect the Monorail thread, but I just spotted this
article from the Las Vegas Sun written by Susan Snyder a , a very good writer,
bicycle enthusiast and League Cycling Instructor.
