BIKE: Can You Believe This: Bike Cop story from San Antonio.

I saw this article yesterday on WOAI.COM, in San Antonio, hope it's still

It's about lady who's parked car was damaged by a San Antonio Police Officer 
riding by on his Police Bike.  The bike's chain broke and the cop wound up 
banging into her car, causing some minor damage.  The officer told the owner what 
happened, and said don't worry, the City will cover it.  But they found out 
later, not so... seems the City's insurance policy only covers damaged caused 
by MOTOR VEHICLES... not bikes.  Go figure!
