Discussion about non-automobile transportation has always been welcome 
on this list, but on the other hand I doubt that either side of the 
LRT/monorail debate really has anything new to say.  As for the alleged 
"abundant additional information", my feeling is that LRT was already 
pretty well documented, so if the new info confirms the old info then 
is it news?  And if it contradicts the old info then why were we 
supposed to believe the old info anyway?  As for monorail, I don't 
think there have been any new monorail projects installed like the kind 
that monorail proponents here have been proposing.  But if you really 
think you have something new to offer that doesn't just pick up where 
the last rehashing left off, then have at it.
