BIKE: bike law reviews and traffic methods

I am trying to put together an index web pages which review a set of
bike traffic laws, examples of such being:
http://www.biketexas.org/cycling_rules.html
and
http://bicycleaustin.info/laws.html

I am also looking for pages which coherently lay out the writer's
personal methodology for cycling in traffic, such as
http://bicyclesafe.com/

Any other suggestions would be welcome. Pages specific to the United
States are most relevant to this purpose, but good sites from other
places would be useful.
