BIKE: Most Dangerous Cities For Walking

I did a little digging around on this story and found something that
hasn't been reported in the overwhelming majority of media reports:
the kids are black. (The driver is white.) Was race a factor in the
driver's decision to try to kill the kids? I don't know, but it makes
ya wonder.

BTW, another thing mostly unreported is that the husband of the driver
claims that his wife takes six prescriptions a day for paranoid
schizophrenia and that she hasn't been able to work for 15 years
because she can't handle the stress -- but that mowing down the kids
was out of character for her because she's a loving person.
