BIKE: Mesa No Parking

The Bicycle Program recently requested a field check to re-establish the no
parking zone on Mesa south of Jollyville Road after reading comments posted
by David Han(?).  I recently received a notice from Signs and Markings that
new signs will be installed to facilitate this.  Thanks for letting the
Bicycle Program know about these conditions.
